Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, names of both the petitioners have been dropped and with regard to remaining accused persons, charge sheet has been filed. 4. In view of the aforesaid fact, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. 5. Accordingly, present writ petition is consigned to record. .
