Chidambaram forthwith based on the representation dated 24.10.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record. 3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that only on intimation from the 2nd respondent with respect to cyber crime involving a tune of Rs.1,64,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Sixty Four Thousand only), the petitioner's account is freesed. 4.Recording the said submission and directing the 1st respondent to mark a lien on an amount of Rs.1,64,000/- in the petitioner's account, this Court hereby the first respondent Bank to permit the petitioner to operate the account, with respect to remaining balance amount available in his account. 5.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
