The present petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 20.09.2024 passed by the Additional District & Session Judge, Court No.1, Unnao in Criminal Revision No.28 of 2024 incre Sahdev Singh and others Versus Uttar Pradesh Government and another under section 397 Cr.P.C and impugned order dated 01.01.2024 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.01. Unnao in Compliant Case No:259 of 2023 incre Awadhesh Kumar Prajapati Versus Sahdeo Singh and others, Police Station Barasagwar, District Lucknow Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing for some time, submits that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a bail application which may be decided in view of law laid down by Supreme Court in "Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021" to which learned A.G.A. has no objection. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, it is provided that in case the petitioners Sahdeo Singh, Gyandendra Singh @ Munna Singh, Vikram Pandey, Anuj Singh @ Dharmendra Singh, Saurabh Singh Ram Lakhan Singh, appear before the trial court within two weeks from today and apply for bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in view of the law laid down by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil's case (supra).
