This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 20.12.2024, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0315 of 2024, for the offence under Section 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Aspur Devsara, District Pratapgarh. 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, final report has been submitted on 02.02.2025, which is pending before the supervisory authority. 4. In view of the aforesaid fact, if the petitioners have any grievance, they may approach the supervisory authority, who is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioners and take a decision in the matter, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today. 5.
