The petitioner is an accused in connection with Barwadda P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024. 3. It has been alleged that the informant and his brother were waylaid by miscreants and were robbed of Rs.50,000/- cash, mobile and wallet. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on his self confession. In the Test Identification Parade, the petitioner was not identified. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that he has got several criminal antecedents. 6. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner was not identified in the Test Identification Parade, apart from the fact that he is in custody since 09.01.2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees The Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Barwadda P.S.
