The present petition has been filed challenging the agenda dated 21.12.2024 whereby it was proposed to be decided with regard to the allotment of the shop, which was being run and was cancelled. 3. The present petitioner is the fair price shop license holder running a different shop, although in the same area. 4. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that a fresh shop can be created only when the card holders number exceed 4000. It is not denied that the second shop, which is proposed to be re-allotted was already running. 5. In view thereof, no interference is called for. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
