By means of the present writ petition, petitioners have put to challenge the FIR No.555 of 2021 dated 24.10.2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 323 and 427 IPC, registered with P.S. Raipur, District Dehradun. 4. Learned State Counsel made a statement at Bar on instruction that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner Nos.1 & 2, while Challane Report has been submitted against the petitioner No.3, on 14.12.2021, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would challenge the said charge-sheet/ challane report in the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioners to challenge the charge- sheet/challane report in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum.
