Case No. 167/2025 under Section 85/75(2)/76/296/351(3)/117(2)/109(1)/127(2) /3(5) of BNS (corresponding to G.R. No. 480/2025). Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No.200/25 dated 21.05.2025. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of. The petitioner may approach before the trial court seeking regular bail and if any bail application is filed, the same will be considered by the learned trial court in accordance with law.
