Petitioner are running a Madarsa, which has been sealed by the District Administration. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioners have approached this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners relies upon a judgment rendered by this Court in WPMS No. 835 of 2025 and submits that this writ petition deserves to be decided in terms of the order dated 26.08.2025 passed in the said writ petition. 5. Learned State Counsel concedes that the issue decided in that writ petition is identical to the one involved in the present writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 26.08.2025, rendered in WPMS No. 835 of 2025. Petitioner shall furnish undertaking in the form of affidavit before the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned that he will neither run Madarsa nor use the expression ‘Madrarsa’ in the name of institution run by them till registration thereof with the Madarsa Board. Subject to petitioners furnishing such undertaking, the premises/building used by the petitioners for running educational institution shall be de- sealed.
