Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who submits that though the case diary was called for , however, in the meanwhile, the charge-sheet has already been laid bearing charge-sheet No. 27/2025 dated 27.05.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court on 30.04.2025 and in pursuant to the Page No.# 2/2 directions of this Court he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the fact that the charge-sheet has been laid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court by the order dated 30.04.2025 is hereby made absolute with a condition that he shall cooperate in the trial.
