The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as A.1 in Crime No. 46 of 2025 of Singarayakonda Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 3 and 4 of the A.P. Gaming Act. 3. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated in the case, and there are no specific allegations against the petitioner.
