No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition even in the revised list. Sri Sanjay Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the State-respondents is present. From the perusal of order-sheet, it transpires that this Court vide order dated 06.12.1996 granted three weeks time to learned counsel for the petitioner to file supplementary affidavit bringing on record a copy of the map indicating the position of the chak and also the Nali. He was also directed to file copies of the orders passed by the Consolidation Officer and the Settlement Officer Consolidation. The Court further observed that in case of failure on the part of the petitioner to file the aforesaid documents, the writ petition may be dismissed. The record shows that till date, supplementary affidavit alongwith the documents aforesaid have not been filed. In view of the aforesaid situation, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the case any further. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for want prosecution.
