Case No. 82 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66B, 66C and 84C of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, koderma. 3. On 05.03.2025, Telaiya Police, on the basis of confidential information that unknown criminals have assembled in the house of the Himanshu Kumar, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the mobile phone which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner was used in cheating anyone. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S.
