Heard learned counsel for the review applicant. The instant review application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in WRIT-B No.1205 of 2024. The submission of the learned counsel for the review applicant is that the revision of the review-applicant was decided by the Deputy Director of Consolidation without considering the merit of the case and it is further urged by carving out the nali on the chak of the review-applicant, the area has been reduced and because of the same, the review-applicant has been affected and this aspect of the matter was not considered while passing the order dated 04.12.2024. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and from a perusal of the order dated 04.12.2024, it would indicate that the petition was dismissed not only for the reason that the laches were not inadequately explained but coupled with the fact that the impugned order also was not complete as well as the reasonings of the Deputy Director of Consolidation was also considered. The grounds as raised by the learned counsel for the review- applicant did not indicate that there is any error on the face of the record to enable this Court to entertain the instant review application.
