This Court vide order dated 15.5.2008 issued card notice to the petitioners to engage another counsel. 2. The office report dated 31.01.2025 shows that the card notice issued on 3.6.2008 was sent through post but did not return back. 3. The service of the card notice upon the petitioners are presumed sufficient as per the rules of the Court. 4. List has been revised and even in the revised list none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition. Shri Ashish Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents is present. 5. The matter is an old one, pertaining to year 1995. It appears that by efflux time time the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the writ petition any more. 6. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
