2/23.04.2025 Heard Mr. Sheo Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr. Rajneesh Vardhan, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.
This appeal is directed against the order dated 20.03.2025 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No. 598 of 2025 in connection with S. T. No. 52 of 2019 arising out of Hariharganj P. S. Case No. 113 of 2017 corresponding to G. R. No. 2664 of 2017 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge IX, Palamau whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
It has been alleged that on a search conducted by the CRPF personnel, several explosive materials were seized. So far as the present appellant is concerned, he seems to have been implicated on the confessional statement of Rajesh Yadav. It appears that the appellant is in custody since 04.08.2018. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.
Regard being had to the above, we while setting aside the order 20.03.2025 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No. 598 of 2025 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge IX, Palamau direct that the appellant above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IX, Palamau in
-2- connection with S. T. No. 52 of 2019 arising out of Hariharganj P. S. Case No. 113 of 2017 corresponding to G. R. No. 2664 of 2017.
This appeal is allowed.
