Since common questions of law and fact are involved in these petitions, therefore they are heard together and are being decided by a common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity, facts of Writ Petition No. 1539 of 2025 (SS) alone are being discussed and considered. 3. Petitioner retired from the post of driver from Uttarakhand Transport Corporation in the year 2022. The relief sought by petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1539 of 2025 (SS) is as follows: “Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 to grant the petitioner the full benefits of the 6th Pay Commission effective from 01.10.2006, along with all arrears and applicable interest.” 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that identical issue was decided by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1443 of 2025 (SS). Mr. N.S. 2025:UHC:8376 Pundir, learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation concedes that similar issue was dealt with by this Court in said writ petition. 5. In view of the consensus between the parties, the writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 02.09.2025, rendered in WPSS No. 1443 of 2025. 6. Petitioner shall be at liberty to make representation to the Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation within three weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by Managing Director within four months thereafter.
