Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 24.02.2021 passed by Board of Revenue. Board of Revenue has refused to grant relief on the ground of pendency of Review Application No. 37499 of 2020 "In re; Special Appeal No. 83 of 2001, State of U.P. and others v. Kanhaiya Lal & others" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court copy of order dated 05.05.2023 by which the said review petition has been dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court. 4. In view of the dismissal of the review petition, nothing is left to be decided by this Court. 5. Since the decision was not taken by the respondent no. 2 only for the reasons of pendency of the review petition, the said impediment has been removed. 6. In view of the above, the order dated 24.02.2021 passed by the respondent no. 2 is hereby quashed and respondent no. 2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.11.2020, afresh, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 7.
