On 30.08.2024, petitioner appeared in person and sought adjournment on the ground that his counsel was not available due to ailment, the matter was adjourned to 25.09.2024. Thereafter despite repeated adjournments, none has appeared for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
