Ahmed, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid in this case bearing charge sheet No. 39/2025 dated 31.05.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, by order dated 30.04.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioners, namely, (1) Sarimul Haque (2) Abdulla @ Abdulla Hoque and (3) Shamim Ahmed, has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim bail granted to the petitioners, namely, (1) Sarimul Haque (2) Abdulla @ Abdulla Hoque and (3) Shamim Ahmed, by order dated 30.04.2025 is hereby made absolute, with condition Nos.
