The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 04.12.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0469 of 2024, under Sections-85, 115(2), 74, 76, 109, 64 of B.N.S, and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Mawana, District- Meerut. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court. 5. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that he has no objection in case, the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. 6. In view of the above, the impugned FIR is quashed. 7. The writ petition is allowed.
