There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner ever provided the aforesaid present/ correct address as were directed by this Court vide order dated 7.2.2023. 4. The matter is an old one pertaining to the year 1987. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the case any more. 3.
