Hon'ble Praveen Kumar Giri,J. 1. Learned Single Judge has refused to interfere in the writ petition filed by the appellant, wherein his is transfer from one department to another was assailed. 2. Learned Single Judge has observed that transfer is an incident of service and the appellant has no right to object to it. 3. It appears that an issue of absorption was also pending before the authorities which has since been rejected vide order dated 28.04.2025. Learned counsel for the appellants states that the dismissal of his writ may have implications on the grievance relating to the rejection of his absorption. 4. On behalf of the respondent, it is submitted that the absorption is an independent cause which has no concern with the present adjudication. 5. Once that be so, we do not find any occasion to interfere in the present appeal arising out of the order of transfer. 6. This appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
