Present Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the recovery certificate dated 07.12.2024 issued under Section 11-A of U.P. Agricultural Credit Act for a loan taken by the petitioner. 3. As per the respondent Bank, the amount outstanding and payable by the petitioner as on 06.01.2025 is Rs.28,71,663/- which is not disputed by the petitioner. However, the petitioner seeks certain time to pay the amount. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off directing that the recovery certificate issued against the petitioner shall not be pressed, subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 17.02.2025. 5. The balance amount of Rs.23 Lakh and odd shall be payable by the petitioner in five quarterly installments. Meaning thereby, the first installment of Rs.5,00,000/- shall be paid by 30.04.2025, second installment of Rs.5,00,000/- by 31.07.2025, third installment of Rs.5,00,000/- by 31.10.2025, fourth installment of Rs.5,00,000/- by 31.01.2026 and the last installment alongwith interest and any other charges shall be paid by 31.03.2026. 6. In case of default in payment of any of the amount, as directed above, the present order shall automatically come to an end and the bank would be at liberty to pursue the recovery in accordance with law.
