At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to pursue his pending representation wherein he has sought promotion on the post of Inspector in the Police Department since 2012. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 4. Taking into consideration the prayer made by Mr. Verma, the present petition is disposed of.
