I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides. As the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 01.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact.
