Sri Ashish Sinha, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents is present. 3. This Court vide order dated 01.05.2024 issued notices to the petitioners to engage another. 4. Office report dated 11.07.2024 shows that the card notices were sent through speed post but the same did not return back, hence service of card notice upon the petitioner nos. 1/1 to 1/4 is deemed sufficient as per the Rules of the Court. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that the matter is an old one pertaining to the year 1992 and the card notice was served upon the petitioner nos. 1/1 to 1/4, in the absence of anyone to press the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the same is liable to be dismissed for non prosecution. 6.
