Roy Barman assisted by Ld. Counsel Mr. S. Bhattacharjee, Advocate. Also heard Mr. Mangal Debbarma, Ld. Addl. GA who appears for the respondents. With the consent of both sides writ petition is disposed of at the motion stage. The petitioner is a graduate teacher posted at Nandan Nagar H. S. School, Agartala, West Tripura has been transferred to Chandrapur Govt. H. S. School, Dharmanagar, North Tripura vide memorandum No.F.1(19-1)-DEE/Estt/2024(L-7) dated 23.07.2025 which is under challenge in this writ petition. Ld. Sr. Counsel Mr. Roy Barman referring to paragraph 20 of the writ petition submits that the matrimonial home of the petitioner is at Dharmanagar and due to bitter relationship with her husband there are 9 numbers of different cases cropped up between them and all these cases are now pending in different courts at Agartala and for attending those cases at least 7/8 days in a month she will be required to come to Agartala to attend the Court and moreover as her matrimonial home is at Dharmanagar, her life will also be insecured if she goes to stay there at Dharmanagar. Ld. Sr. Counsel also submits that the minor daughter of the petitioner is a student at Maharani Tulshibati Girl’s High School at Agartala and her education will also be disturbed. On the said grounds Ld. Sr. Counsel submits that the petitioner has already submitted one representation before the Director of Elementary Education, Government of Tripura on 28.07.2025 (part of Annexure-5) and till date said representation is un-responded by the respondent No.3. GA Mr. Mangal Debbarma submits that he has no objection if the case is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to dispose of the said representation by a reasoned order. Ld. Sr. Counsel Mr. Roy Barman also has sought for an interim protection by the Court regarding her transfer till any decision is taken by respondent No.3 on said representation. Considered the submission and the ground taken by the petitioner in the writ petition. Without making any observation on the merit of the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner submitted on 28.07.2025 with reasoned order within 2 weeks of receipt of copy of this order. So far the interim protection is concerned, the same is declined. In view of submissions made by Ld. Sr. Counsel Mr. Roy Barman, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit copies of the relevant documents in respect of the cases pending between the petitioner and her husband to the respondent No.3 in support of her representation within 3 days from today. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Interim Application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
