Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that two awards were passed by the Presiding Officer Industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court, Panipat on the same day. One award was challenged by the State in CWP-8914-2019 and other award has been challenged by way of AARTI SHARMA 2025.03.11 13:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 further submits that once the award has been passed on the same line by the Labour Court and the benefit was granted on the basis of the same evidence and the said award passed by the Labour Court in favour of Suresh Kumar, which was challenged in CWP-8194-2019, which issue has already been decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court while passing order in CWP-8914-2019 titled as Divisional Forest Officer, Territorial, Kurukshetra vs. Suresh and another decided on 03.10.2024, hence, the present petition be also
disposed of in terms of the said order as in the present petitions also same issue has been raised and the same grounds taken by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-State has not been able to dispute the factual averments given hereinbefore.
4. Keeping in view the same, present petitions are also disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-8914-2019 titled as Divisional Forest Officer, Territorial, Kurukshetra vs. Suresh and another decided on 03.10.2024.
5. Civil miscellaneous application pending if any is also disposed of.
