Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:1847 Court No. - 16 Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 23 of 2025 Revisionist :- Amit Kumar Shukla Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And 4 Others Counsel for Revisionist :- Mithila Bakhsh Tiwari,Ram Pratap Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist as well as learned AGA for the State. Notices to respondent nos. 2 to 5 are dispensed with in view of the proposed order. This revision has been filed assailing the order dated 06.11.2024 passed by the Additional Principal Judge-II, Family Court, Barabanki, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. awarding the maintenance to the respondent nos.2 to 5. Perused the record. Perusal of the record shows that it is not in dispute that respondent no. 2 is the legally wedded wife of the revisionist and respondent nos. 3 to 5 are minor children. Respondent no.2 is residing away from the revisionist for sufficient cause. Respondent no. 2 appears to be a destitute and is unable to maintain herself and the revisionist has sufficient sources of income to maintain them and also that he has neglected to maintain them. I find no illegality in the impugned order. All the above factors have been given after detailed discussion by learned court below. The revision is, thus, devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 10.1.2025 Renu/- Digitally signed by :- RENU AGARWAL High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
