To issue an appropriate order or direction for expeditious disposal of application (C-54) dated 02/05/2024, filed by the respondent no. 1 in Regular Suit No.242/2023, pending before the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hawali, Lucknow i.e. Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hawali, Lucknow, within a stipulated time frame or if possible on the next date of hearing, contained as Annexure No.1 to this petition, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the application shall be decided in terms of the administrative guidelines of this Court. 4.
