The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 16.09.2010 whereby, the fair price shop license of the petitioner was cancelled as well as the order dated 14.06.2012 whereby the appeal was dismissed. 3. It is informed that a fresh allotment order has been passed in favour of the newly added respondent i.e. respondent no.4 on 07.02.2020. 4. Considering the subsequent event and there being no challenge to the subsequent order, no relief can be granted in the present writ petition. 5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
