Mukhani, District Nainital pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani, Nainital. 5. Applicant-Satbir Singh Bhamra is present in the Court. Respondent no.2-Varindra Kaur is appearing through V.C. They are duly identified by their respective counsel. 6. The allegation in the FIR is that on the pretext of marriage applicant established physical relationship with respondent no.2. 7. Learned counsel for the parties placed before this Court the Memorandum of Understanding dated 28.06.2024, which is taken on record. According to which parties as well as their learned counsel submit that now the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and both the parties have no grudges against each other.
