This Court vide order dated 25.11.2014 issued card notices to the petitioner to engage another counsel due to death of Sri K.P. Singh, Advocate. 4. The office report dated 31.01.2025 provides that the notice was sent to the petitioner through ordinary post in 2014 but the same did not return. 5. As per Rules of the Court, the service of notice is deemed sufficient. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution. 7. It is made open that in case any application for recall of the order is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merit.
