Bahraich wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant- Munna had died during the pendency of the Appeal. The statement of the Village Pradhan concerned has been enclosed to the said report. Since the sole appellant- Munna, has died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
