The petitioner who is the father of the third respondent has sent a representation to the respondents on 03.11.2024, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending in CSR No. 820 of 2024 and summons have been sent to the rival parties to appear for enquiry. The petitioner and the third respondent are none other than the father and son. 4.
