Office Note reveals that service report in respect of respondent No. 2 is still awaited. In this regard, Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as per his instruction, the case has already been charge-sheeted and the case is also numbered as Special Case No. 34/2025, which is pending before the Court of learned Special Judge, South Salmara. Accordingly, he submitted that he may be allowed to appear before the learned Trial Court with an application for bail raising the issue of non-furnishing of grounds of arrest to the present petitioner while he was arrested in connection with this case. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case has already been charge-sheeted before the Court of learned Special Judge, South Salmara, which is numbered as Special Case No. 34/2025, the accused/petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the learned Court below with an appropriate application for bail, which shall be considered by the learned Trial Court in accordance with law. Page No.# 3/3 Further, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to take the plea of non-furnishing of grounds of arrest before the learned Trial Court while preferring application for bail before the learned Trial Court.
