Opposing the prayer, learned counsel for the State submits that the 2nd petitioner had been to a local club named Khidirpur Youth Forum Club situated under Ekbalpur Police Station, in violation of the bail condition imposed upon him. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners attended a blood donation camp organized by the said club under the jurisdiction of Watganj Police Station and have never entered the jurisdiction of Ekbalpur Police Station after being granted interim bail. Learned counsel for the State seeks to submit a report along with necessary evidence to suggest that the 2nd petitioner had entered the jurisdiction of Ekbalpur Police Station on August 13, 2025 as alleged.
