In compliance of the earlier orders passed by this court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Ambedkar Nagar has sent a report dated 08.11.2024. We have gone through the said report sent by C.J.M. Ambedkar Nagar wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant- Tej Bahadur Singh alias Tejai, has died during the pendency of the Appeal on 07.05.2019. The statements of the Village Pradhan, the Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned and also of near relatives of the appellant, have been enclosed to the said report. Since the sole appellant- Tej Bahadur Singh alias Tejai, has died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.
