This application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Sessions Special Case No.55/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge POCSO, Kamrup (Metro). 3. In this case before the Trial Court, the victim is yet to be examined. Let the Trial Court examine the victim and at least 2(two) other witnesses, after that the bail application of the petitioner shall be considered. 4.
