1. Heard Mr. A. Ganguly, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. S. H. Bora, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner namely, Kripesh Dey, who is apprehending arrest in connection with a
Page No.# 2/3 complaint lodged by the victim girl, before All Women Police Station case alleging harassment by the petitioner in the form of sending inappropriate messages to her. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though, the petitioner is not aware about registration of any FIR or any police station case in connection with the complaint lodged by the victim girl, however, the police has visited the residence of the petitioner on more than one occasion and had asked the family member to produce the petitioner to him at the police station, failing which, he was threatened of being arrested. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not done anything, as alleged in the complaint lodged by the victim girl, he submits that he is also ready to cooperate in the investigation. 5. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the report, which was called for from the Officer-in-Charge of All Women Police Station, which shows that one G.D. Entry has been made on the basis of a complaint received against Mr. Kripesh Dey, i.e., the present petitioner. 6. The said G.D. Entry is numbered as G.D. No. 14/2020, dated
22.04.2025. However, it has been stated in the report that no police station case has yet been registered. However, an inquiry has been initiated. 7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner is ready to cooperate in the inquiry/investigation and considering the fact that till date no police station case has been registered, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Officer-in-Charge of All Women Police Station, within seven days from the date of this order and cooperate in the inquiry initiated on the basis of G.D. No. 14/2020, dated 22.04.2025.

Page No.# 3/3 does so, in the event of his arrest in connection with the aforesaid GD Entry or any case registered thereafter, on the said G.D. Entry, the petitioner shall be allowed to go on bail of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only), with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority subject to the following conditions: i. That the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation. ii. That the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person who may be acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such facts of the case before the Investigating Officer. 8. With the above observation, this anticipatory bail application is
