Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is seeking limited prayed that review application filed by him may be directed to be decided by respondent No. 2 / Chairman Cum Managing Director Bilaspur (C.G.) South Eastern Coalfields Limited. 3. Mr. Rahul Mishra, Advocate appearing on advance copy for the respondents submits that representation / review application submitted by petitioner has not been decided by respondent No. 2 on the ground that at present Incharge Chief Managing Director is working and when full fledged Managing Director will be appointed, then only, representation / review application submitted by petitioner will be decided. Accordingly, he seeks two months time to decide the review application filed by petitioner. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, respondent – department is directed to decide the representation / review application within a period of two months. 5.
