Shri Vishesh Rajvanshi, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to correct the array of parties within a period of two days. The petitioners claim regularization on the post of pump operators and registration of their service on GEM portal. The petitioners have made a representation in this regard but to no avail. Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 - 4 submits that the issue of regularization of service requires factual determination as per applicable laws by the competent authority in the first instance. He however, fairly contends that the claim of the petitioner for the aforesaid service benefits has to be decided by the competent authority within a reasonable time frame. In wake of the preceding discussion and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent no.1 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioners regarding regularization of service as per law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. The petitioners shall move a representation before the respondent no. 1 regarding their claims. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
