He then argues that the impleadment application is pending, however, when asked to argue, he states that he does not have the file. 3. Considering the fact that the matter is very old one, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter 4. The revision has been filed challenging the judgment dated dated 23.04.2016 passed in SCC Case No.8 of 2012. 5. On perusal of the judgment, it is clear that the suit has been decreed after considering the pleadings and framing as many as four points of determination. 6. As the finding of fact has been recorded based upon the appreciation of evidence, no interference is called for. 7. The revision is dismissed.
