In compliance of the earlier orders passed by this court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Ambedkar Nagar has sent a report dated 18.05.2024. We have gone through the said report sent by C.J.M. Ambedkar Nagar wherein it has been stated that appellants- Lal Bahadur Singh S/o Late Palak Dhari Singh and Kailash Singh S/o Hari Nath Singh, have died during the pendency of the Appeal. The statements of the Village Pradhan, the Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned and also of near relatives of the appellants, have been enclosed to the said report. Since both the appellants, namely, Lal Bahadur Singh S/o Late Palak Dhari Singh and Kailash Singh S/o Hari Nath Singh, have died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.
