Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.03.2017 passed in Regular Suit No.63 of 2017 and the order dated 15.05.2017 passed in Civil Revision No.27 of 2017. 3. The facts in brief are that a suit was filed at the instance of one Smt. Premawati claiming herself to be unsound mind through her next friend Ram Guni. Subsequently in the said suit, Smt. Premawati appeared and the suit at her instance was dismissed. Challenging the said order, a revision was preferred, which too was dismissed on the same ground. The present writ petition has again been filed at the instance of Ram Guni claiming to be the next friend of the petitioner Smt. Premawati. The petitioner has not even appointed Ram Guni as guardian in any of the proceedings, as such, the present petition filed by the next friend is not maintainable. 4.
