Case No. 160 of 2024 arising out of Bhawnathpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376 & 307 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nagar Untari. 3. On 03.03.2024, petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim. It is further alleged that he also tried to strangulate her. However, the victim promised that she will not reveal the matter to anybody. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
