Petitioner’s case is that he is serving as Junior Basic Teacher at GPS-Kaman, Education Block Chowari, District Chamba. His grievance is that representation preferred by him on 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2 seeking Inter-District transfer under 5% quota notified on 20.11.2021, has not been considered and decided by respondent No.2/Competent Authority till date. -2- 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of six weeks from today.
