The learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6 submits that both the 5th respondent as well as her daughter have gone back to Australia. 3. In such circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the appropriate Court in Australia. There shall be no order as to costs.
