The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue an order or direction thereby directing the learned additional Principal Judge Court No. 06, Family Court Lucknow to hear and dispose of the Declaration Case No.4147 of 2023, Zaheer Versus Sheeba filed by the petitioner against the opp. party no.2 on 15.12.2023.expeditiously within such short time as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court in the present set of facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
